The Pre Conception And Pre Natal Daignostics Techniques Act
PCPNDT (Pre Conception And Pre Natal Daignostics Techniques) is a law applicable in Maharashtra and under this law the doctors are prohibited to determine the sex of the feticides in the mother's womb by diagnostic techniques.
